Frizzante... con il fondo!

Nell'ottica di incrementare il nostro portfolio prodotti 2012, abbiamo puntato ancora una volta sulle bollicine. In questo caso non più un vino spumante ma un vino frizzante, piacevole, non impegnativo, adatto per tutte le occasioni ma soprattutto da bere fresco con gli amici durante l'estate.
Per rendere questo vino intrigante e diverso dagli altri frizzanti, abbiamo optato per una rifermentazione naturale in bottiglia, senza separazione dei lieviti. Questo significa che ogni bottiglia avrà un leggero strato di deposito sul fondo. 
Quindi come berlo? Qui entra in campo la soggettività di ognuno di noi: chi vuole avere un vino pulito lo travaserà lentamente in una caraffa, lasciando tutto il deposito sul fondo. A chi invece non dà fastidio il vino un po' torbido potrà degustarlo agitando la bottiglia. Questa operazione rimescola i lieviti che conferiscono maggior complessità al vino.

This month we have received two good news: Selection – das Forum fuer Geniesser, a German magazine quoted a lot, awarded the Bardolino Chiaretto 21.10 and the Bardolino Erre with three stars, synonymous with high quality wine.
Cellar Ronca, who has 30 years in the province of Verona produces wines of Bardolino DOC zones and Custoza presents the new sparkling wine, produced as all his other wines only from grapes from their vineyards.
The farm Ronca, on a parcel of 20 hectares. produces some native varieties of Verona, accompanied also by national and international grape varieties: Corvina, Garganega, Rondinella, Friulano, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay.
After three years of intensive selection and winemaking begin the first great satisfaction for Maximum Ronca, owner, and Lorenzo Dionisi, Ronca Winery's winemaker.
